Profacture Receives Order for a Refurbished Tegal® 901e System from Perkin-Elmer Optoelectronics Beaverton, OR, October 1, 2004 -- Profacture Corporation, today announced that they received an order for a Tegal® 901e Series Etcher from Perkin-Elmer Optoelectronics. This is Perkin-Elmers first Tegal 900 series etcher and this is the first time Profacture and Perkin-Elmer have worked together. Delivery of the system is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2004. A spares package, installation and warranty is included with the system. The system will also outfitted with the optional TTW Table which allows for easier system moving, leveling and provides a sliding tray for the RF Generator and optional Throttle Valve Controller/Flow Switch Panel. Profacture will also provide on-site training of maintenance personnel once the system installations are complete.
